Recruitment Procedure

On receipt of the confirmed requirement from the client, interviews are organized 7 to 10 days.

Documents Required

The following original documents are required from the clients:

  • Demand letter     : In favor of Taa-Haa Recruitment Services duly attested by the Bangladesh Mission/Embassy of the host Country.
  • Power of attorney: In favor of Taa-Haa Recruitment Services duly attested by the Bangladesh Mission/Embassy of the host Country.
  • Employment agreement contract

Selection / Interview

We conduct preliminary interviews with candidates to determinate their background, skill, competence and verify their past experience, certificates and testimonials. Stringent medical examinations which include psychological tests are done at registered medical centers. Candidates are sent to government recognized technical institutes for trade tests.

After in – depth Interviews, qualitative reports and background checks candidates are short listed and forwarded to the clients for their approval /appraisal. If the client wishes to conduct the final interviews, arrangements will be made by us. If not, then we will undertake the responsibility to conduct the final interviews at the client’s request.

Medical Check-up

All the selected candidates are sent for medical fitness check-up in the government authorized Medical Centers. Only those candidates who are medically fit and available for travel are processed for visa.

Orientation

The objective of orientation is to inform the candidate about the employing country, climatic conditions, jobs, culture, environment, laws & regulations before their departure. This could help them to adjust to their new environment quickly and perform well in their job.

Our Guarantee

A period of 3 months may be treated as probationary period and we stand guarantee for any damage done by the employee during this period. Any person found unfit (excluding accident cases) shall be repatriated at our expense and charge incurred for the replacement of the same will be borne by us.
